[DEAD] Chase Ritz-Carlton Visa 70,000 points & 1st year free

[Update 7/28/12] Even though the landing page still loads, the application is dead now.

Ritz-Carlton Visa normally offers 50,000 points as the signup bonus and you have to pay $395 annual fee up front.  Now there is a special offer through 7/25/2012: 70,000 points after the 1st purchase and the 1st year annual fee is waived.  This is for sure the best offer we have ever seen for this card.

[DEAD] Amex Business Gold Rewards Card 75,000 points & 1st year free

[Update 6/29/2012] The deal is gone.

Before 6/26/2012, you can get 75,000 points for opening an Amex Business Gold Rewards Card after spending $10,000 within 4 months.  In November 2011 and February 2012, there were two similar 75K offers, both of which only lasted one day.  75K is the best deal we have ever seen for Amex Business Gold - so hurry up before it expires.  Our previous best deal was 50K which surprisingly is still alive.

[Update 9/10/2012] Please note that Chase stops offering the 1st annual fee waiver ($95).  You can still get two free nights plus breakfast for two (up to $50 per day) after you spend $1,000 within 3 months.

[Original Post 6/12/2012] Oops, we forgot to put up the link to the Fairmont Visa signup offer: two free nights at any Fairmont hotel worldwide plus breakfasts for two after you spend $1,000 within 3 months.  It also comes with the 1st annual fee waiver (saving $95).  It is very similar to Chase Hyatt Visa signup offer but it includes breakfasts.
