Looks like today is all about Amex. We have just learned that similar to the 65K offer on the no-fee Amex HHonor, Amex has also increased signup bonus for a limited time (through 11/30/2012) on its HHonors Surpass Card which carries a $75 annual fee. You will get 40,000 points after the 1st use, and an additional 20,000 points after you spend $3,000 within 3 months. Note that the annual fee is not waived for the 1st year. So compared to the no-fee Amex HHonors, you pay $75 more and receive 5,000 points less. However, to people who are interested in the extra benefits of the Surpass Card, it is still a great offer.

The interesting thing is whether you can sign up both Amex HHonors and Amex HHonors Surpass at the same time (using the two-browser trick) and earn a total 125,000 Hilton points.
