Here is the breakdown of the 60,000 miles: receive 40,000 miles after the 1st purchase, receive up to 10,000 miles with balance transfer within 30 days (1 mile for 1 dollar transferred, but there is 3% balance transfer fee), and receive 10,000 miles upon anniversary for each year as a card member. So in reality, this is a 40,000 miles signup bonus, which is still the highest we have seen with this card.
