To make things sweeter, Citi also makes the signup offer better than before. You used to need to spend a total of $5,000 and pay the second annual fee to receive the full 50,000 points. Now you just need to spend $3,000 within 3 months to receive the full 50,000 points. The $95 annual fee is waived for the first year. You won't qualify for the signup bonus if you have had a ThankYou Premier opened or closed within the past 18 months.
